25 pounds may not seem like a lot.  . . but it was for me.

I had to change my activity level; going from the couch to doing something (when all I wanted to do was sleep) was exhausting.  For ideas on how I keep moving, check out the information under "the Fitness" tab!

I had to change how I eat every day; eating whatever I felt like, knowing that it was going to make me feel like poo was no longer an option.  For ideas, recipes, and other eating tips, check out the information under "the Wine" tab!

The hardest part, however, was changing how I think about myself, God, why He made me, and who He made me to be.  This change is ongoing and still a struggle.  To see what steps I am taking to better myself emotionally, check out my highlights under "the Change" tab!

Why a blog? Because I believe my journey isn't mine alone.  I believe that the reason why I struggle is so that someone else will know that they aren't alone and are loved.
